Chelsea from Colorado/Navajo Archived
Hi everyone!
It was great to see faces and connect with people in the orientation meeting today.
I am Chelsea K. I have a Doctorate in Public Health with an emphasis in Epidemiology and a Masters in Public Health with focus on Social/Behavioral Sciences. I am an Epidemiologist with the Indian Health Service/Branch of Program Statistics (affiliated with the Department of Health and Human Services) and I am a current student in a Spatial Analysis program with Johns Hopkins, learning how to use/apply ArcGIS to my work.
I am looking forward to being a part of this group before I begin with the CDC's Epidemic Intelligence Service next summer for the 2023-2025 class. My primary interests for applying in this cohort was to branch further into my interest of infectious disease, biostatistics, and develop a strong network of like-minded individuals/professionals in the field.
I'm very excited to meet you all and am anxious to connect! Email: chelsea.kettering@ihs.gov
