CSTE Sponsored Travelers Form due January 5
Good morning!
As a reminder, CSTE will offer limited sponsorship opportunities to attend the 2023 Annual Conference, June 25-29 in Salt Lake City, Utah. If you are interested in sponsored travel for the 2023 Conference, please complete the2023 CSTE Annual Conference Sponsorship Request Form by 11:59 pm EST on Thursday, January 5, 2023. Conference Workshops that are eligible to provide sponsorship are listed in the request form link. CSTE will provide updates on funding status and official travel letters with sponsorship details for those selected on or after January 31, 2023.
Please note: The request form does not reflect all workshops to be held at the 2023 Conference, and the availability of funding support may vary by workshop or program areas. Submission of a request does not guarantee receipt of conference travel sponsorship. Please only submit the form once, as multiple submissions will not be considered. CSTE is currently planning for all conference sessions to be held in-person; however, we will continue to monitor circumstances and public health recommendations for group gatherings.
