Hi all,
I am Blake Johnson, I am a regional epidemiologist in Western Kentucky. I have been in this position since November 2021 and before that I was a local epidemiologist for 5 years. I have a masters in public health from Eastern Kentucky University and a masters in clinical social work with an emphasis in disaster and collective trauma from Tulane University. This is my first year as a mentor and I am so excited to work with my mentees, the other mentees, and other mentors to learn and grow!
