Introduction - Jo Kay Ghosh, outbreak preparedness and environmental health
Hi everyone! So wonderful to be part of this mentorship program! This is my first year as a mentor here and I'm excited to meet you all.
My name is Jo Kay Ghosh and I am the Director of Research and Evaluation at Heluna Health, a public health non-profit that supports the delivery of many public health programs, including WIC, outbreak response programs (including COVID), maternal and child health programs, and many more. I am an air pollution epidemiologist and previously worked at a local regulatory agency and a local health department. I am currently working on a project focused on outbreak preparedness and environmental health, and would love to connect with people working in infectious disease surveillance/response/preparedness or environmental justice.
