Hi everyone! My name is Kelsa Lowe and I'm the Hepatitis C Epidemiologist with the WI Department of Health Services - Bureau of Communicable Diseases. I've been employed with the organization since May 2022. I'm looking forward to meeting folks and learning along the way!
