Sarah Miura - Introduction
Hello! I'm Sarah Miura, an epidemiologist for the U.S. Air Force School of Aerospace Medicine (USAFSAM). I am located in Ohio. Most of my work focuses on clinical epi, infectious disease epi, disease surveillance, and programming. Previous experiences include surveillance in HIV, tobacco, and pesticide exposure. I have been in my current role for 2 years and this is my first year being a CSTE mentor. I am a prior CSTE mentee, so it is exciting to be switching roles this time around!
I was prior USAF and taught at the School of Aerospace Medicine for 3 years while it was still in San Antonio!
