Hi all, Russ (multco) brought up the idea of discussing the implication of the 2020 Census over/undercounts on various demographics as a topic for this group. I reached out to Dr. Marjorie Mcgee at OHA and they recommended having Ethan (PSU PRC) present on the topic. Additionally, it sounds like Dr. Mcgee has been working with PSU PRC to generate REALD denominators from ACS data. They are also working on making them available for small populations that are not in the ACS microdata. Ethan agree to come and focus the discussion on the the differential counts, share about the REALD work, and then we can have an open discussion about the impact to our local work. More to come!
