- Fixing key language in the background section
- Making recommendation for the lab criteria following discussion with Scott
- Minor copy-editing

This looks great. I would like to discuss adding a comment maybe at the very end of the background and justification after "...this case definition is not intended for clinical used." Something like: "It can, however, help clinicians understand the burden of AGS in their regions and help reduce surveillance misclassifications, erroneous diagnoses of AGS and unnecessary treatment especially in areas of low endemicity."
