This was the table shell Parag filled out by doing a deep dive into "Not a Case" submissions. He did it for anaplasmosis but it could also be used for "Suspect" and ehrlichiosis cases. Feel free to use as an example of where to start and add any additional variables you find interesting that could add to the discussion of clinical symptoms.
