While you are presenting an adaptive challenge - it seems like the questions you want to be advised on would be better suited to an open discussion. Does that work for your team? Also a lot of your content and efforts seem very internally focused. Have you considered asking about competing priorities or looking at external influences or constraints affecting the adoption and maintenance of informatics capacity?

Hey Jessica –
Yes, we formatted the questions as open discussion; we understood this as part of the adaptive challenge format. Should we edit our presentation?
Also, we have considered those things. We discuss some of the external influences briefly (i.e. outbreak capacity kind of takes precedent, etc.) but maybe not constraints, so we can mention that in discussion
Thanks!

No need to edit the presentation. I just wanted to make sure we were on the same page for how the discussion will proceed. Talk to you this afternoon!
