b.      Read Project Management Basics: 6 Steps to a Foolproof Project Plan https://www.wrike.com/blog/foolproof-project-plan/ (10 minutes)

c. Complete the following survey (2 questions)

Beneficial. If you have time and interest, the following activities could benefit your team's project
a.      Complete a Team Communication Plan for your current team project. Use the provided template, CDC_UP_Communication_Matrix_Template or your agency’s template if one exists. Post your plan to BaseCamp for discussion with other teams. 60 minutes
b.      There are always risks to project success. Discuss the possible risks amongst your team and document the potential risks and roadblocks of your project, using the provided risk management tool CDC_UP_Risk_Management_Log_Template, or your agency’s tool if available.  45 minutes
