Just wanted to comment and say kudos for this sentence in particular - it's wonderfully clear and helpful! I don't know if that came from 'plain language' reviews, but it reminds me of NHS's clarity because it really gives the scope and out-of-scope for a document people could arrive at with very different understandings/confusion if it's on your external website (don't know if it is or not - just noting because I thought it was great!).
