I must be the only one having a problem. Thank you for reattaching.  I'm not sure why I'm getting the "file not found" but it sounds like the problem is on my end.

Tracy Pondo, IT Specialist at CDC Tracy - I have the same problem when clicking the title of the document (opens a new browser tab with the 404), but when I click the Download link below the document title, it downloads just fine! Hopefully that's your experience too.
