AZ BioSense Community of Practice

The mission of the Arizona BioSense Workgroup is to work collaboratively as partners to build capacity and quality of BioSense syndromic surveillance in Arizona. Our vision is to improve population health and emergency response through the use of timely and effective syndromic surveillance. This space is a platform for our members to continue discussions and share cross-role topics and questions from providing the data to using syndromic data (clinician/IT/public health).

📢 AMC Data Access Remediation Plan

Hi All,

We wanted to follow up on some of our discussion during the AZ BioSense Community of Practice call about data access rules and users and the recent update (2/1/2021) from NSSP about the AMC Data Access Remediation Plan.  At this time no action is needed by users.  If you do have questions about your current access or need assistance, please contact our ADHS Syndromic Surveillance Program at syndromicsurveillance@azhs.gov.  Based on this notification from NSSP we are asking for some additional information about setting up future data access rules and users groups based on this update.
