Data Delay for Oro Valley Hospital, Western Arizona Regional Medical Center and Dignity Health Facilities - Resolved
Hi Everyone,
Oro Valley Hospital and Western Arizona Regional Medical Center experienced a data delay over the weekend. The issue has been resolved by the EHR vendor, however, it may take 24-48 hours for the data to backfill and become viewable in ESSENCE.
Dignity Health facilities also experienced a data delay over the weekend. They did not send data for 10/30, however we are also seeing a processing issue that is preventing data received on 10/31 and 11/1 to show in ESSENCE. We are working to resolve this.
Please reach out to our team at syndromicsurveillance@azdhs.gov if you have any questions or concerns.
