AZ BioSense Community of Practice

The mission of the Arizona BioSense Workgroup is to work collaboratively as partners to build capacity and quality of BioSense syndromic surveillance in Arizona. Our vision is to improve population health and emergency response through the use of timely and effective syndromic surveillance. This space is a platform for our members to continue discussions and share cross-role topics and questions from providing the data to using syndromic data (clinician/IT/public health).

📢 Data Delay for Tenet Healthcare - Abrazo & Cobre Valley Regional Medical Center - Resolved

Hi Everyone,

Cobre Valley Regional Medical Center is experiencing a data delay from October 2 - October 4th. We are waiting to hear back from them to get the issue resolved.

Tenet Healthcare - Abrazo's (parent facility for Abrazo hospitals) data delay is from September 29th to today. They resolved the issue this morning and the data files are flowing to the BioSense Platform. It may 24-48 hours to complete the backfill of missed visits.

Cobre Valley Regional Medical Center visits are back flowing into the Platform as of this morning. It will take some time to get the backfill completed.

Tenet Healthcare - Abrazo visits are almost done backfilling. Visits up to October 5th are viewable in ESSENCE.
