AZ BioSense Community of Practice

The mission of the Arizona BioSense Workgroup is to work collaboratively as partners to build capacity and quality of BioSense syndromic surveillance in Arizona. Our vision is to improve population health and emergency response through the use of timely and effective syndromic surveillance. This space is a platform for our members to continue discussions and share cross-role topics and questions from providing the data to using syndromic data (clinician/IT/public health).

📢 Temporary Closure of Select Banner Health Urgent Cares (Maricopa County)

Hi Everyone,

We received notice from Banner Health that four of their urgent care facilities are temporarily closed from 9/13/2021 - 10/11/2021. Thus, these facilities will not have visits in ESSENCE during the closure period. 

  1. Litchfield & Indian School | 3328 N Litchfield Rd, Goodyear, AZ 85395
  2. Arizona & Elliot | 3000 N Arizona Ave, Chandler, AZ 85225
  3. Lindsay & University | 407 N Lindsay Rd, Ste 103, Mesa, AZ 85213
  4. 7th St & Cave Creek | 9111 N 7th St, Phoenix, AZ 85020
