Chapter Content Summaries
Hello authors,
Please download and complete the attached form titled "CIFOR Guidelines Revision Template.docx" and then upload it as a reply to this message thread. Each author will need to complete the "Chapter Author Information" section but only one version per chapter is needed for the "Chapter Content Summary," "Chapter Modification Summary," "Learning Outcomes associated with this Chapter," and potential speakers/trainers sections.
This content will benefit everyone but will specifically be used by Chapters 1 and 2 and the CIFOR Lead Development Team.
We ask that you complete these as soon as possible. If you have any questions, please let me and Craig know.

I looked at the form more closely yesterday. If you have multiple authors how would you like the authors info entered on the form? For Chapter 3, for example, there are two authors. Can the form be edited to add a second section for author info? Then submit one completed form. Thank you

Co-authors can coordinate and submit one completed form. I would suggest designating on the form which information belongs to which co-author. Example below:
