    • Want to leave meeting with feeling of “in 2019-2020, our workgroup/subgroups will work on products around the theme of ___” 
      • Potentially vulnerable populations, resilience at the local level 
    • Craft methods base/indicators 
    • Utilize face-to-face conversation

    • Action plan for next year 
  • Theme: defining and operationalizing syndromic surveillance (SyS) and indicators for climate and respiratory health epidemiologists 
    • SyS – involve CDC NSSP & ISDS, discuss validating queries, how to most efficiently use SyS to follow air quality issues 
    • Tracking – involve CDC Tracking, how best to extract data to do basic analysis (i.e., don’t want to reinvent the wheel) 
    • Operationalizing data – where groups are and how targeting efforts, what does it look like to put a tool/product/query out? How to make it efficient/effective, how to be define indicators, disseminate them, and collect data

    • Hayleigh to email NSSP contacts to get them involved 
    • Carol to flesh out v2 of agenda 
    • Set up biweekly calls 
    • ID STLT speakers by mid-March (at latest) 
    • ID 1st priority, 2nd priority…keynote speakers for next call
