- For setup: U-shape with 24 seats in the U (8x8x8) and then a row of 8 behind the left side, a row of 8 behind the right side, and a row of 8 behind the back
- Projector support package for main room plus 2 breakouts
- Gooseneck microphones at the U-shape, every other seat, so approx. 12 mics.
- Podium at front of U with microphone
- 16 channel sound mixer or greater
- boardroom style for breakouts
- Easels and markers (one for each room)
