Hi Guys, I made some minor edits to the charge documents based on some of the feedback the GC provided on the lab draft. Some of their comments regarding the lab WG are applicable here as well. 

I think we need a better way to connect AB 2, 3 and 5 from the SM to the charge. My suggestion is to include language from these rows under "Workgroup Purpose" in the draft doc. Open to your suggestions.

I like this--I'll be interested in feedback from the group to expand the scope--I think it's a little heavy on the legal aspects issue but that's the most tangible s=focus we have right now.
