This is the interim guidance that we're sending to labs regarding reporting CRE.  We decided not to provide specific LOINC and SNOMED guidance, though we may update this in the future.  Note that there is not an expectation that the susceptibility mechanism will come in the same message as the organism and susceptibilities.
