Hi all, be sure you are familiar with the updates and errata for R1 as some important clarifications are in these other documents. Also, R2 will probably not be a fully implemented standard as the PHER workgroup of HL7, among others, has balloted a harmonized HL7 Implementation Guide for ELR as well as lab orders. This will be published soon as a draft standard. Just FYI.
