For table 3 of adverse effects

-Need to be able to compare the counts to the total number of T codes for that specific 

drug

-could we stratify this table down by records with just adverse effect and with other 

Manners

-look at the primary diagnosis for records with only an any mention of adverse effect

For Table 4 sheet:

 -Consult with AOD committee about the amphetamines definition

Make the titles be 2.XYZ to indicate that it is a Phase II analysis

Include leadership in the talk with the jurisdictions- Tom, Renee, Holly

Start talking about Phase III timeline in two weeks.
