Does anyone know of specific guidance for restaurants/food establishments regarding proper ventilation when re-opening for inside dining?
NH is preparing to allow for this and the guidance is very vague regarding "meeting proper ventilation practices."
Our local health department is looking for guidance to share with restaurants looking to meet the guidelines.
Thank you!
