Request details from others about how they are handling messages from Aggregators (vendors) vs. directly from Lab / HealthCare Org with Lab.
Is it consistent between sites in what they send in MSH-4, OCR-3, OBR-3, and OBX23 and 24?

VXU messages utilize a 2nd field in the MSH to indicate both the site responsible for the clinical work and the site responsible for providing data transport.  I'm curious whether this is something that can be considered for ORU messages.
