This looks very good. I have not read it in detail, but the layout makes this chapter very inviting to read. It is very complete, with the examples included. I have a question for you. In this kind of format, will you also include references (perhaps listed at the end of the chapter) as well as other document samples that would be put into an appendix for this chapter?
