Few examples of matrix tables from various reports and technical papers that could be used in some of the chapters (e.g. morbidity surveillance) to outline tools, applications, strengths/weaknesses.  

Would be used instead of paragraph text for easier at-a-glance reading.  If I find more or better examples, will upload a revised file.
