Update on Progress Made:
Update on Progress Made:
- Natalie uploaded an eCR legal survey that will be sent to the ASTHO informatics directors peer network. The survey will go out to a few pilot jursidictions by June 30th and then go out to the entire group at a later date.
- Natalie also linked to a Google spreadsheet that has legal and policy resources. She mentioned that the "Health Information and Law" resource (on row 8) could be a great resource to review.
Issues/Questions:
- The group needs to keep in mind that there will be different ways the legal context applies to each jurisdiction and will have an effect on the tools we upload and make available
- WG Members would like more information "eCR Data Ownership" tool(s) from the original eCR Toolkit workgroup
New Assignments:
- Kelley will follow-up on the eCR Data Ownership topic for the toolkit and will provide additional insight on Basecamp
- WG Members should familiarize themselves with the Google spreadsheet, "Digital Bridge Legal Review Resources" to determine if these should be included in the toolkit
