20180425 Meeting Notes - Case Study WG

Members Present: Rachelle (UT), Ed (MI), Matt (MI), Shannon (MI), Crystal (WA)

Update on Progress Made:
  • The group discussed how to approach case studies since many jurisdictions are at vary stages of eCR implementation
  • A list of current and ongoing eCR projects is a good place to start for the case studies
  • Rachelle offered to utilize the CSTE eCR working group as a forum to begin collecting the eCR projects
Issues/Questions:
  • None 
New Assignments:
  • Rachelle will email Kelley the list of projects from the last eCR working group meeting
  • Kelley will start a Google Sheet with the existing projects
  • A template for creating a basic case study/project description needs to be developed
