Update on Progress Made:
Update on Progress Made:
- Currently no existing resources have been uploaded into Docs & Files
- The discussed the usefulness of the workflow documentation from Digital Bridge
- There will be many variations across the jurisdictions that the DB documentation may not cover, however, it's a good starting point
- It may be possible for the Workflow WG to piggy back on the efforts of the Use Study WG to ask current jurisdictions with eCR projects for examples of their workflows
- It will be important to have examples of workflow that do not include intermediaries like HIEs
- There may be different workflows based on where data is originating - we need flexibility
- As a group we need to determine a good starting point and not assume a one-size-fits-all solution
Issues/Questions:
- N/A
New Assignments:
- Links to Business Process Analysis documentation are recommended for this section of the toolkit... jurisdictions could use this to help them get started in identifying their own workflow. PHII resources are a good starting point.
- Kelley will start a document that will be a FAQ for jurisdictions to detail, "what to do before you get started"
- Sita invited the group to attend an eCR roundtable at the CSTE Annual Conference. She will be collecting information that will be relevant to this group and will share with the toolkit.
