They should have put page 5 1st -- that's the HUGE value I see in this doc. THe FAQ is useful, but very DB focused (obviously ;-) ). Needs to be HTML (ideally) or possibly word, but not PDF.
I think adding to this and developing a FAQ is an excellent goal for the toolkit. (And I say that because we're looking to develop an eCR FAQ for our webpage here in WA). VA has a great one right now that we're planning to use for a model - may be another good resource if the group decides to work on a FAQ.

We definitely want to include a FAQ for the toolkit. I will reach out to VA to see if they can share their FAQ.
