I'd need to know why this was more useful than (or useful in addition to) a CRDM context diagram, or see a sample one for eCR.
I lean towards the CRDM context diagram being more useful, because it can be used for planning and presentations to leadership and other stakeholders, but I say that having recently developed a draft context diagram for eCR in WA, and never having worked with the chapati model.
OK...that's funny Crystal! I agree that the CRDM context diagram is more useful as well. If that is the consensus of the group then we certainly don't have to include this as a tool. It was just something I found so that we could consider all of our options.
