Job Descriptions/Skills Needed

Good Afternoon All... I wanted to reach out to everyone on the issue of job descriptions/skills needed for staff who will be working on eCR.  This particular question is the charge of the eCR Workflow working group, but I felt like it would be a good one to address everyone. 

Do any of you have documentation on what skills are needed or what staff (job descriptions) will need to be in place for eCR?  Please feel free to comment below or if you do have resources you want to share you can upload them directly into the eCR Workflow Existing Resources folder in Docs & Files.
