Column G, H, I are urban-rural classification codes in 2013, 2006, and 1990:
1-Large central metro
2-Large fringe metro
3-Medium metro
4-Small metro
5-Micropolitan
6-Noncore
According to Figure 1 of the reference, 1, 2, 3, and 4 are considered urban; 5 and 6 are considered rural.
