TB cluster investigation resources

The National TB Program has been doing genotyping and cluster investigation since 2003. A lot of the HIV cluster investigation materials that DHAP has shared are based on TB materials. There are many useful things there that could also be helpful for guiding partner services work (TB has been doing contact investigations for decades).

Best Practices for Genotyping-Based TB Outbreak Detection
Developed jointly by CDC and state/local health departments. It was an early guideline to help state/local programs implement outbreak detection and response.
