Welcome to the new CSTE Infectious Complications of IDU Workgroup!
The workgroup will be chaired by Aaron Fleishauer (North Carolina) and Ann Thomas (Oregon), and will focus on equipping infectious disease epidemiologists in local, state, tribal, and territorial settings to identify and respond to infectious disease complications of injection drug use.
We will be keeping all our WG documents and files in this Basecamp project. If you haven't used Basecamp before, it's a project management tool that we'll be using to manage communications and updates for this WG.
Our Basecamp project has four main parts:
1. Message Board: Forum for folks to discuss specific issues-- all are welcome to post
2. Docs and Files: Place for all documents, files, emails communications
3. To-Dos: WG to-dos and activities
4. Schedule: Timeline and key deadlines
While we'll still be sending things out via email, we encourage folks to share files and comments using this Basecamp. Access to this Basecamp is restricted to WG participants-- please email the CSTE staff lead Monica Schroeder (mschroeder@cste.org), if you'd like to invite others to join.
