Thanks for the work in putting this together and for the presentation of results on the call today. I wonder how much of the variance in response is a reflection in the variance of the scope of the agency or other state demographic features. While Michigan's IRB is the IRB for the state health department, our health department (the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services) is a combination of what used to be separate state agencies including public health, Medicaid, behavioral health, food and cash assistance programs, children's services, etc. Our IRB was formed under the public health department, but now serves the entire agency. Maybe not a good analysis for 20 responses, but I wonder if it might be helpful for other IRBs in this group to understand the scope of services that are included under the oversight of other IRBs.
