360 Leadership Assessment

You should have received email invitations this morning (5/14 around 10:15 AM ET) to complete a 360 Leadership Assessment (Skillscope) from the Center for Creative Leadership. Please complete your self-assessment and identify those you work with (e.g. your supervisors, project sponsors, mentors, peers, and subordinates) to complete their assessment of your leadership skills.  The goal is for everyone to have submitted all data by June 25th. Automatic reminders are scheduled to remind you and your reviewers to complete the assessment.  

The plan is to use July to discuss the results with your coaches and/or others and identify any other specific resources needed to support your leadership growth.  Within the online system, it does make specific recommendations for how to improve your leadership skill in areas with low scores and provides materials to give you some tools for application.

What do we do if we don't have the required number of reviewers for a certain category? I only have one direct report.

Is there an estimated time that it takes each rater to complete the assessment? I feel it a very big favor to ask my coworkers nowadays if it takes more than 5-10 minutes. I don't know elsewhere, but everyone around me at my work are stretched very thin in COVID resonse.

Amy Bettano Amy - If you don't have the required number of reviewers for a certain category, I believe it requires the reviewer to acknowledge their data will be identifiable. Feel free to add others who you may offer guidance/mentorship for but don't serve in a supervisory role.
Ying Zhang, Senior Scientist Ying  - I believe the estimated time to complete is 15-20 minutes, depending on how much detail they provide in response to the open ended questions.

I know the deadline has passed for raters to fill out their surveys, but is the survey officially closed or can people still submit? Just double checking.
