I think it might be helpful for them to have a message board like this with other alumni who can serve as a sounding board. For example, I have benefitted from connecting with other LEAD colleagues to see how they are progressing on their projects, hear about their challenges, and feel reassured that my experiences are not unique. It might help the next cohort to pose similar questions for us as they go through their program

I think a discussion board would be helpful, or even 1-on-1 assignments as mentors if there was a stage in the course of the program where involving a mentor like alumni would be most beneficial.
