Here is a very rough draft of a key message!
"We have developed an initial persons with disabilities flags for use in the Public Health Data Warehouse based on the Social Security Administration's Blue Book conditions; the conditions have been cross-walked to ICD diagnosis and HCPCS codes. We are hoping that you will utilize these flags in your analyses as well as provide feedback on any changes that should be made to the flags."

Amy Bettano Amy I like the concise, yet clear explanation in your messages! Is there a way you could further engage your stakeholders in the body of the message to give them a "takeaway" of something they can assist with or provide insight on?
Also, not sure if my comment is going in the right direction of what is expected! If not applicable, disregard!
Amy Bettano Thank you!!

Jamie Black, Epidemiologist, STD Epi Projects Supervisor Jamie  - I think you have a great structure outlined for your messages and I like that you messaging set up to provide updates when things are succeeding as well as when you need more support! This is more of a food-for-thought comment, but for the challenges it might be easier to target specific stakeholders that you think could help in the particular area you are struggling in. While the wider messaging is important, my only concern is that people may not respond in a larger group (am dealing with a bit of this myself currently!). If you reach out directly to a specific stakeholder and let them know that you are doing so because you value their feedback on ABC because of their work on XYZ, you might get a better response!
