Lyme Disease Task Force

Hello, everyone. We were recently approached by a Lyme activist interested in forming a Lyme disease task force. I was wondering if any other states, especially other low-incidence states, have a Lyme task force and what your experience has been with it? What kind of external partners are involved, what have you been able to accomplish, and has it been helpful?

California has had a legislatively mandated Lyme Disease Advisory Committee (LDAC) since 2000. It has been a journey. Email me at anne.kjemtrup@cdph.ca.gov and we can set up a time to talk about our struggles and accomplishments :-)
