How do I turn off email notifications?
  • Click your profile icon in the upper right corner, and select Turn Off Notifications.

Why are items checked off in my To-do list that I did not check off?
  • Once one group member checks something off, it appears “checked off” for everyone. There is not a way to personalize this feature, so please use it as an internal way to keep track of items without physically checking the box, as that might confuse others.

Why are some tools (e.g. Schedule, Docs & Files, Message Board) not showing up?
  • Unfortunately, there is not a way to customize which tools show up for you personally. For example, if you turn off the Campfire tool, it will turn it off for everyone. 
  • We would like to have Campfire, Message Board, Schedule, To-dos, and Docs & Files “on” at all times.
