Mentee Travel Sponsorship to Annual Conference

While I received my sponsorship notification a few weeks ago, neither of my mentees have received a response. Does anyone have any information on mentee travel sponsorship responses?

Thank you for this question. Only those who received sponsorship were notified. It is possible that letters were sent to Junk Email folders, but all letters were sent out on February 1.

Do sponsored travelers who received sponsorship through this group need to attend a specific Conference Workshop on Sunday? Are there any required events for this sponsorship?

We selected 18 mentors and 18 mentees to attend the 2018 Conference.  Those who received sponsorship do not need to attend a specific conference workshop, but should sign up for the one of most interest.  There are no required events for the sponsorship, but we encourage everyone to attend the Mentor Coffee Break on Monday morning and/or the Early Career Professional Lunch Meet Up on Tuesday.
