Considerations for new BRFSS Survey Question
Considerations for survey question to be added
The survey question(s) should:
a) not duplicate anything already collected in the core (but could be something that has been collected in optional modules)
2) add significantly to our surveillance and/or planning/policy efforts,
3) add new information to our knowledge base (e.g., not be purely to prove what is already widely understood or believed) in the public health community,
4) assess perceptions, behaviors or lived experience
