Adaptive Biotech - T-Detect results

Hi All, 

Here in Utah we have started receiving results from Adaptive Biotechnologies. They are sending us results with the LOINC 95970-0, SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) specific TCRB gene rearrangements [Presence] in Blood by Sequencing.

It is a test for immunity, not a diagnostic test, but it is not an antibody test. It sequences the T-cell receptor. Has anyone else received these results? If so, how does your jurisdiction plan to handle and process these results into their surveillance systems? Is anyone using these results?
