At-Home collection kit via AZOVA

One of our EPIs sent me a link to some at home collection kits they found on the costco website: https://www.costco.com/.product.1499696.html

From the description I think the patient collects the sample then mails it into AZOVA for resulting. Has anyone had been in contact with AZOVA for reporting?

Yes, here in Utah we have been working with them on their reporting. They are able to send HL7. As far as I am aware, the test is fully done at-home. Azova has the ability to send the result, but I don't believe they actually perform the test. Azova is NOT a lab. They indicated: "We are not a laboratory. We distribute a PCR test on behalf of P23 labs.  P23 is doing all their own reporting."

Yes, I am currently working with P23 on their ELR feed to Utah. Apparently, Avoza is the one providing P23 with the test kits. P23 indicated that they are considering CELR through AIMS, but they didn't have a timeline.
