At-home COVID-19 testing

Hi, 

Does anyone have any experience with HL7 reporting of at-home, or self-administered COVID-19 tests? More specifically, if a COVID-19 test is ordered and performed by the patient, at home, what is being reported in the "Ordering Provider" and "Performing Lab" fields in the HL7 messages?

Any help or shared experience in this is helpful!
