BinaxNOW testing in K-12 schools

Hi all, 
If you haven't seen the letter from the White House published yesterday it is https://www.whitehouse.gov/briefings-statements/president-trumps-letter-americas-governors/

We are trying to determine how these tests will be administered (school nurses likely, do they each need a CLIA of waiver, one by the med director of the school district, State Lab- though that has other implications). And how will schools report? Our current state directives to schools send kids home with a pretty broad range of symptoms. It is unclear how many a school may be testing esp. with cold/flu season coming up and a test that has cross reactivity with HKU1.
