Change in a result for CoV

I'm having a hard time with a title for this one, but have others experienced that you get one result in your ELR feed, but the provider is given a different result, so then the local health comes back and says -- why the difference. Then you contact the lab and they say -- yes it was different or no it was the original. But no real reason for the mix up.
